Office Assistant for Indian Contract Job in Hawalli, Kuwait
Our client, a growing company in Hawalli, is seeking an experienced and organized Office Assistant to join their team. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with day-to-day office tasks. This is a contract position with an urgent start date.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform general office duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in English (basic Arabic is a plus)
- Organized with strong attention to detail
Salary: 1700$ per month. This is a contract position with no English language requirement. Only Indian candidates will be considered for this role.
