Executive Chef
We are in search of an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and create innovative menus that meet the preferences and dietary needs of our customers
- Train, supervise, and lead a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other support staff
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed while maintaining budgetary guidelines
- Ensure all food preparation and cooking methods meet sanitation and safety standards
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events or promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu offerings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions to staff and communicate with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Certification from a culinary school is preferred but not required
