Barista


As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea-based beverages in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by developing unique and delicious drink recipes while providing exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee and tea-based drinks according to established recipes
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients, allergens, and potential substitutions
- Ensure quality control of all beverages served
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment to make drinks
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using a POS system
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service while handling multiple orders simultaneously
- Keep work area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Process cash or credit transactions accurately with attention to detail

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barista or in the foodservice industry is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Location: Medina

Salary: $1400 per month
