Construction Project Manager



A reputable construction company in Medina is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates, changes, and issues
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Prepare and submit project reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is preferred

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
