Restaurant Manager (Malayalee Preferred)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in the bustling city of Mecca. As a Malayalee preferred establishment, we are looking for someone who is fluent in Malayalam and has a deep understanding of the culture and cuisine. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a busy restaurant, with proven leadership skills and a strong track record of success.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and maximizing profitability. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain customers, as well as constantly monitoring market trends to stay ahead of the competition.

The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with customers, staff, suppliers, and management. You should also have strong organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities as needed. A passion for food and an eye for detail are essential qualities that will contribute to your success in this role.

As this is a temporary position without accommodation provided, we are looking for someone who is currently based in Mecca or willing to relocate on their own accord. Visa sponsorship will be provided for non-Saudi nationals.
