Indian Chef for Luxury Hotel in Mecca, Saudi Arabia

A high-end luxury hotel in Mecca, Saudi Arabia is seeking a talented and experienced Indian Chef to join our team. As the Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing delicious and authentic Indian cuisine for our guests. This includes preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, managing inventory and ordering ingredients, and ensuring that food quality and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Indian Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant setting. You should have a deep understanding of traditional Indian flavors, techniques, and presentation. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth operation. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.

This position offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month, along with accommodation, meals, health insurance, and other benefits.
