Radio Technician


A reputable radio station in Salalah is seeking a skilled Radio Technician to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ and is suitable for men without any prior experience.

As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting all technical aspects of our radio station including transmitters, receivers, and audio equipment. Your main duties will include repairing, installing, and calibrating equipment as well as ensuring all systems are functioning at optimal levels.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of radio broadcast systems and possess excellent technical skills. You should also be able to work independently and have a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Repairing, installing, and calibrating radio broadcast equipment
- Performing routine maintenance checks on transmitters, receivers, and audio equipment
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely resolutions
- Ensuring all systems are functioning at optimal levels
- Maintaining accurate records of repairs and maintenance work
- Staying updated with industry advancements and implementing new technologies when necessary

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in electronics or related field is preferred
- Proven experience working with radio broadcast equipment
- Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
