Instrument Technician - Muscat, Oman



We are in need of an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments and equipment used in production processes. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install and maintain various types of instruments such as gauges, meters, sensors, and analyzers
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty instruments and equipment
- Calibrate instruments according to manufacturer's specifications
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all instruments are functioning properly
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve instrument-related issues
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician in a production or manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of various types of instruments and equipment used in production processes
- Familiarity with calibration procedures and techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
