Construction Project Manager


Our construction company in Muscat is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Construction Project Manager. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month and includes accommodation.

As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership skills. You must also be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience is not necessary for this position; however, a degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress and quality standards are met
- Communicate project updates and issues to stakeholders
- Manage project schedules and adjust when needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the project
- Manage project budgets and track expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in construction project management (preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Familiarity with construction software such as Procore or PlanGrid (preferred)
