Construction Manager - Khasab, Oman


We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in Khasab, Oman. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all activities on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct and control construction projects from start to finish
- Prepare project budgets, schedules and progress reports
- Oversee site operations including material procurement, equipment usage and workforce management
- Review and approve project plans, designs and construction methods
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and other legal requirements
- Collaborate with engineers, architects and contractors to resolve any issues or delays
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Maintain accurate records of all project activities including costs, progress reports and change orders
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and legal requirements
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
- Proficient in project management software
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Working Hours: Monday-Friday (8am - 5pm)

Work Location: Khasab, Oman
