Office Assistant
We are hiring an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Al Buraymi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your duties will include answering phone calls, managing calendars and schedules, preparing documents and reports, and maintaining office supplies.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is required. You should also have strong communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so preference will be given to candidates who already have their own visa.
