Office Assistant (Al Buraymi, Oman)
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for employees
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Keep an updated record of office expenses
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office assistant role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
