Our growing company is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving business growth through strategic planning and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet individual and team targets
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training as needed
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to create effective campaigns and promotions
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using CRM software
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
