Restaurant Manager (Contract)
City: Muharraq, Bahrain

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee our establishment in Muharraq. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a successful restaurant, with a strong focus on customer service and team leadership. This is an urgent position, so we require someone who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of customer service
- Create schedules for staff and manage payroll
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation of food orders
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Experience managing a diverse team of employees
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and budgeting
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours

Salary: $1500 USD per month
