Job Title: Contract Administrator (Muharraq, Bahrain)
We are in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As the Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our company's contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and evaluating contract terms and conditions to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Preparing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with clients, vendors, and suppliers
- Maintaining an organized system for tracking contracts and monitoring their progress
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure timely completion of contract deliverables
- Managing contract changes or modifications as needed
- Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and company policies throughout the contract process
- Resolving any issues or disputes that may arise during the course of a contract
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in contract administration or a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
