Entry-Level Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Restaurant Manager in Dar Kulaib. Responsibilities:
- Train and supervise restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage budget to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain customer satisfaction
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality control
- Maintain clean and organized restaurant environment at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field (recent graduates are welcome)
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
