Are you a recent graduate with a passion for the food and hospitality industry? Our busy restaurant in Dar Kulaib is seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month, plus accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Train and supervise waitstaff to provide excellent customer service
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Manage budgets and control expenses to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menus that appeal to our target market
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
