Administrative Assistant

Our fast-paced company is seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Medina. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, composing and typing correspondence, maintaining records and databases, and providing general administrative support. The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a minimum of a high school diploma. Fluency in English is required and proficiency in Arabic is preferred. Salary for this position is $1400 per month. Women are encouraged to apply.
