Barista- Coffee Shop Staff (Malayalee/Egyptian)

A well-established coffee shop in Ar-Ruwais is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Baristas to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for Malayalee or Egyptian candidates with a passion for coffee and customer service to grow their career in the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, smoothies, and teas
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the preparation of ingredients and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality products are consistently served
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of different brewing methods, latte art, and coffee beans from around the world
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A friendly attitude with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month plus tips. Additional benefits include annual leave, medical insurance, visa sponsorship (for non-UAE nationals), and opportunities for career growth within our company.
