Job Title: Entry-Level Merchandiser

Our retail company is seeking an entry-level Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and stocked in an appealing and organized manner, while also maintaining accurate inventory levels. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$, and we provide free visa and ticket for employees of all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Set up displays in accordance with company standards and product specifications
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and communicate any discrepancies to management
- Monitor product levels and communicate any needed restocking or ordering to ensure availability on the sales floor
- Ensure that products are priced correctly and update pricing as needed
- Keep shelves, racks, and displays clean, tidy, and organized at all times
- Assist with receiving shipments and stocking shelves as needed
- Collaborate with the sales team to plan promotions and special displays for new or featured products
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in product placement or organization to drive sales

Requirements:
- No previous experience required; training will be provided on-the-job
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory counts and visually appealing displays
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, co-workers, and management
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and spend extended periods of time standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, and climbing ladders
