Indian Chef in Medina



We are seeking an experienced and skilled Indian Chef to join our team in Medina. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes that will delight our customers. The ideal candidate must have a strong passion for cooking and be knowledgeable about various Indian spices, flavors, and cooking techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indian dishes according to traditional recipes
- Plan menus and create new dishes to keep the menu fresh and exciting
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Monitor food supplies and order ingredients as needed
- Train other kitchen staff on the proper preparation of Indian dishes
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, flavor combinations, and cooking techniques
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Must be able to speak English fluently

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certification is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Indian Chef in a professional kitchen setting
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a hot environment
- Valid food handling certification required
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Salary:
$1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
