Courier Supervisor

Position: Courier Supervisor
Location: Mecca, Saudi Arabia

We are in need of a highly motivated and organized Courier Supervisor to join our team in Mecca. As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our courier services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of courier staff.
- Ensure timely delivery of packages and documents to designated locations.
- Monitor routes and schedules to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Train and mentor new courier staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding delivery services.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of company vehicles used for deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, expenses, and employee performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a courier or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be familiar with Mecca roads and neighborhoods.
