Office Assistant in Ar-Ruwais

We are hiring a skilled Office Assistant for our company in Ar-Ruwais. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your duties will include answering and directing phone calls, organizing and maintaining files and records, scheduling appointments and meetings, and managing office supplies. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, have previous experience as an office assistant, and be able to work full-time with accommodation provided. Women are encouraged to apply. Salary is $1300 per month.
