Creative Director - Art and Design
As a Creative Director for our growing art and design team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the creative process, from concept development to final execution. Your role will involve leading a team of talented artists and designers, ensuring their work aligns with our company's vision and brand. You will also collaborate with other departments to develop campaigns and projects that effectively communicate our message to our target audience. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to think creatively and strategically. The ideal candidate is passionate about art and design, has experience in managing a team, and is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative team in developing innovative concepts for various projects
- Ensure all designs meet brand standards and effectively communicate our message
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to understand project goals and objectives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Provide clear direction and feedback to team members
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into designs
- Oversee the production process to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages creativity and growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Art/Design or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in art direction or similar role
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, etc.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Ability to think creatively and strategically while working under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly
- A portfolio showcasing previous work is required

Salary: 1400$ per month
