Executive Chef

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and food production in our high-end restaurant located in Nizwa, Oman. They will lead a team of culinary professionals, ensuring the quality and consistency of all dishes served. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment, with knowledge of international cuisine and strong leadership skills. They should also be able to manage inventory, control costs, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety. A passion for creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment are essential. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1400 USD per month. Omani nationality preferred but not required.
