Entry Level Tutor in Nizwa

As an entry level tutor in Nizwa, you will have the opportunity to work with students and provide them with academic support and guidance. Your main responsibility will be to assist students in understanding various subjects and help them improve their academic performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions with students
- Assess students' learning needs and design individualized lesson plans
- Explain difficult concepts in a clear and simple manner
- Use creative teaching methods to keep students engaged
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with teachers to align tutoring sessions with classroom instruction
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education, subject-specific area, or related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for teaching others
- Ability to adapt teaching style to meet the needs of different learners
- Proficiency in the subject(s) you will be tutoring
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents (volunteer experience acceptable)
- Ability to commit to a set schedule for tutoring sessions (usually after school hours)

Salary: The starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Location: Nizwa, Oman. (Preference for local candidates or those willing to relocate.)
