Office Assistant

We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Salalah. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your duties will include answering and directing phone calls, organizing and maintaining files, managing calendars, and performing general office tasks such as data entry and photocopying. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have strong attention to detail. This is a contract job with a salary of $1100 per month. Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided. Preference will be given to candidates with their own visa or who are able to obtain one in Salalah. If you are organized, reliable, and looking for an opportunity to develop your administrative skills, we encourage you to apply for this position.
