Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Bayan, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with proven experience in managing construction projects from start to finish. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a contract position with free visa and ticket provided.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress against them
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Keep stakeholders informed of project status through regular updates and reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Bayan, Kuwait
