Construction Manager


A reputable construction company in Bayan is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to join our team. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage construction projects according to agreed timelines and budgets
- Supervise and manage construction staff, including contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and other regulations
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Prepare progress reports for project owners or investors
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety standards, and regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure
