Handyman



We are in urgent need of a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Al Buraymi. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in general repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, replacing light fixtures, repairing doors and windows, etc.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues and address them promptly
- Handle basic plumbing tasks such as unclogging drains and fixing leaky faucets
- Perform electrical work such as changing light bulbs, replacing outlets and switches
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed
- Repair or replace damaged furniture or fixtures
- Install shelves, cabinets, and other carpentry projects as needed
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment and report any shortages or damages
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general repairs and maintenance work
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry techniques required
- Ability to read and interpret manuals/instructions for various equipment/tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Own visa status preferred
