Barista



As a Barista in our coffee shop located in Nizwa, you will be responsible for crafting and serving delicious coffee beverages to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages
- Ensure consistent drink recipes are followed and maintain quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude, take orders, and process payments accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing any concerns or questions they may have
- Restock inventory and notify management when supplies are running low
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
