Head Chef in Lusail, Qatar

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, creating innovative menus, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for culinary excellence, and the ability to manage a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus that reflect current food trends and meet the dietary needs of our guests
- Supervise and train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor food production to ensure consistency and quality
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper storage of all food items
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Collaborate with management to develop cost-effective strategies for menu planning

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of creating innovative menus that meet dietary restrictions without compromising on taste or presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Must be willing to relocate to Lusail, Qatar

Salary: $1100 per month
