We are a busy and dynamic restaurant in the heart of Abu Dhabi, seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. Our ideal candidate should have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and make them feel welcome
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on tables regularly
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Upsell menu items and make recommendations to customers based on their preferences
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Customer-oriented approach with good problem-solving skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional training from a hospitality program is preferred.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month, along with tips from customers. Employees also receive free visa sponsorship, accommodation allowance, transportation, meals during shifts, and roundtrip ticket every two years.
