A well-established retail company in Hawalli is seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and trends, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. The primary responsibility of the Merchandiser is to ensure our products are visually appealing and strategically placed to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies in accordance with company objectives
- Collaborate with buyers to select merchandise that aligns with current trends and customer demand
- Create appealing displays that showcase new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal products
- Ensure proper stock levels are maintained by monitoring sales and inventory reports
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, visual displays, and overall store appearance
- Communicate regularly with store managers to discuss upcoming promotions, sales goals, and product availability
- Train store staff on visual merchandising techniques and provide guidance on maintaining displays
- Coordinate with marketing team to create in-store promotions or events that drive traffic and increase sales
- Attend trade shows and market appointments to source new products and stay updated on industry trends

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Passion for fashion, trends, and product presentation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of retail math, inventory management, and visual merchandising techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred

Salary: 1700$ per month

This is a full-time position for Malayalees or Egyptians who are willing to relocate to Hawalli. No English language skills are required for this job.
