Registered Nurse - Al-Kuwait

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs, assess symptoms, and provide timely interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication regimen, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Maintain accurate patient records and document all interventions according to established protocols
- Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to ensure patient safety
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred but not required for freshers
- Valid nursing license from country of origin (if applicable)
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
