Entry-Level Florist


As an Entry-Level Florist in our Muscat-based flower shop, you will have the opportunity to create beautiful floral arrangements and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This position does not require prior experience, making it a perfect opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the floral industry. Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operations of the flower shop, including receiving and organizing inventory, maintaining cleanliness of work area, and assisting customers with inquiries.
- Learn and practice various techniques for creating floral arrangements, including bouquets, centerpieces, and corsages.
- Collaborate with senior florists to learn about different types of flowers, their care instructions, and how to incorporate them into arrangements.
- Use creativity and attention to detail to create unique and visually appealing designs that meet customer requests.
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety measures, inventory management, sales transactions, etc.

Requirements:
- No prior experience required; however, a passion for flowers and willingness to learn is essential.
- Basic knowledge of different types of flowers is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Physically able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.
- Must have valid visa sponsorship or be eligible for visa sponsorship.
