Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Manama, Bahrain (Candidates of all nationalities welcome)
Salary: 1700$ per month


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Manama, Bahrain. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with our team of engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other vendors
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for each project
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Familiarity with budgeting and scheduling software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
