Construction Manager


A reputable construction company in Ar Rumaythiyah is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a Pakistani national with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the Middle East region.

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to project completion. You will be working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your strong leadership skills and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage the construction process from start to finish
- Develop project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members
- Monitor progress and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage resources effectively to minimize costs
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Pakistani national preferred
