Night Auditor - Indian English Speaking



As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of hotel transactions during the overnight shift. You will be working closely with the front desk team to provide exceptional guest service, ensure proper accounting and reporting, and maintain the safety and security of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct all night audit procedures accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare daily reports for management and other departments as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Process payments, refunds, and adjustments accurately following hotel policies
- Monitor the hotel's safety and security systems throughout the night shift
- Assist with guest check-in/check-out as needed

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Doha, Qatar.

Preference:
Preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English.
