Junior Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Junior Construction Manager, you will work under the guidance of senior construction managers to oversee and manage various construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior construction managers in planning, organizing, and managing all phases of construction projects
- Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines are met
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits to inspect work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Prepare project reports for senior management and provide updates on project status
- Assist in budget management by tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in the construction industry preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
- Willingness to learn new skills

Salary:
1500$ per month

Lusail, Qatar

Preference:
