We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy restaurant located in Ar Rumaythiyah. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and schedule staff
- Create work schedules and assign duties to employees
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues
- Develop marketing strategies to attract more customers
- Oversee food quality and presentation
- Prepare budget plans and monitor expenses

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
