Head Chef

We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to join our team at our luxury restaurant in Al-Khor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and creating innovative dishes, as well as strong leadership skills to manage and motivate our kitchen staff. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, menu planning, and ensuring high quality standards are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining an organized and well-stocked kitchen, controlling food costs, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef in a high-end restaurant setting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Fluency in English is required.
