Office Assistant - Al Ahmadi, Egypt
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
- Greeting and assisting visitors to the office
- Managing and organizing files and documents
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining company databases
- Ordering office supplies and keeping inventory levels in check
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred
- Previous experience working with contracts is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
