We are urgently seeking a qualified Primary School Teacher to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment and delivering engaging lessons to students in accordance with the curriculum. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $1000 per month (tax-free) and includes accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic growth and personal development
- Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance student learning
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide feedback to students and parents
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s academic progress and behavior
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a primary school setting (international experience is preferred)
- Fluent in Malayalam (knowledge of English is an asset)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- A passion for teaching and commitment to student success
