Restaurant Manager - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia



As a Restaurant Manager in our bustling Jeddah location, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer service and quality food. Your main objective will be to create a welcoming and efficient environment for our guests while managing the staff and maintaining profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations including food preparation, service, inventory management, and employee scheduling.
- Train and mentor new staff members, ensuring they uphold our standards of quality and customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain an adequate supply of ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant at all times.
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner to ensure their satisfaction.
- Create weekly work schedules for employees, taking into account business needs and staff availability.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide feedback for improvement.
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales data, controlling costs, and making adjustments as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service best practices.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of $1100 per month based on experience. Additional benefits include medical insurance, annual leave, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Location:
This position is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in or willing to relocate to Jeddah.
