Merchandiser (Entry Level)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in El-Ain. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in a visually appealing way to maximize sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is an entry level position, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in merchandising. No experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential. This position does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship, so candidates must have their own valid visa for employment in El-Ain.

Salary: 1100$ per month

Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned stores on a regular basis to set up displays and ensure products are properly stocked and presented
- Collaborate with store managers to develop effective merchandising strategies that align with company goals
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions about product placement and promotion
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and communicate any potential stock shortages or excesses to the appropriate parties
- Monitor competitor products and pricing to stay informed about market trends
- Build relationships with store staff to ensure effective communication of product information and promotions
- Report on sales performance, customer feedback, and any issues or concerns related to merchandising

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in marketing or business is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented mentality with an eye for visual appeal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
