Surveyor – Land and Property Management

We are in search of an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Al Ahmadi. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land and property surveys, preparing and maintaining accurate records, and providing data analysis and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various surveying equipment, such as GPS, total station, and level
- Prepare accurate measurements, sketches, and diagrams to produce detailed survey maps
- Collect data on land features, boundaries, and structures using specialized software
- Analyze survey data and provide recommendations for land use planning or development projects
- Maintain accurate records of survey data, including field notes and digital files
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or questions
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as engineers and architects, to ensure accurate survey results

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Strong knowledge of surveying equipment and techniques
- Proficient in using specialized software for data collection and analysis
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Salary: $1100 per month (depending on experience)

Location: Al Ahmadi (Preference for Indian candidates)
