Land Surveyor



We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Lusail. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, construction layouts, and topographical features. You will also be involved in analyzing and interpreting survey data, preparing reports, and providing recommendations for land development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various instruments such as total stations, GPS equipment, and laser scanners
- Gather field data through measurements, observations, and records
- Prepare accurate drawings and maps using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Analyze survey data to identify potential issues or discrepancies
- Provide recommendations for land development based on survey findings
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate placement of structures
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure its proper functionality at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
- Proficient in using total stations, GPS equipment, and CAD software
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding land development
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: 1200$ per month
