Construction Project Manager

We are hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of various construction projects in Jeddah. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and successful project delivery. You will also be expected to collaborate with various stakeholders including engineers, architects, contractors, and government officials to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of construction projects
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure efficient project execution
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of project milestones and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly
- Review and approve contractor bids and proposals
- Identify potential risks or delays and develop contingency plans
- Manage relationships with clients and other external parties involved in the project
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6

Salary: The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location: This position is based in Jeddah.

Nationality Preference: We are looking for Indian candidates who are fluent in English.

Accommodation: This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own accommodation arrangements in Jeddah.
