Executive Chef - Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are in need of an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards. This is a temporary position with the potential for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Create new menu items and recipes that meet our customers' preferences and dietary needs.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they follow proper food handling procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving kitchen efficiency and reducing waste.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to create innovative dishes while adhering to traditional techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be fluent in English.

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
